- J. Kipp Boone, PE, CPESC, CQM, OSHA Outreach Trainer
Mr. Boone started in construction in 1993 and worked in all aspects of construction. He began his career as a laborer on a clean up crew and worked his way up to become general superintendent overseeing over 100 employees at times. Over the last 17 years, he has been involved with and oversaw projects ranging from $2,000 to $18,000,000. During that time, he gained an expertise in projects that have a very tight time frame and budget. He has been involved in projects involving complex bridges, retaining structures, underground piping, pipe lining, roadway work, landscaping, airport paving (concrete and asphalt), and concrete work.
- Dale Geuy
Mr. Geuy has been involved in the construction business for over 25 years. During that time, he has been involved in projects consisting of complete site development including over 800,000 cy of excavation, deep underground utilities, bridges, pipe lining, and road work.
- Shane Lipps
Mr. Lipps has been involved in construction for the last 10 years. During that time, he has worked as both a laborer and supervisor and developed a knack for getting projects done ahead of schedule. He has worked on projects involving bridges, concrete work, landscaping, roadway work, underground piping and pipe lining.
